Our Roots

Inspired Engagement was founded on a simple idea: organizations thrive when leaders and teams discover their strengths and put them to work. What began as a small practice supporting colleges and nonprofits has grown into a trusted partner for businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations nationwide.

With decades of experience in organizational development, leadership training, and team engagement, we’ve guided executives, managers, and frontline staff through change, growth, and renewal.
