Scott is the most effective leadership and development coach I’ve ever worked with (and there have been more than a few). Scott is highly proficient with all of the current leadership and development methodologies on offer (DiSC, Work of Leaders, Clifton Strengths, you name it), but unlike others he is agnostic as to particular methodologies and only focused on which methodology will best connect with, and be most effective for, each individual client (in my case it was Clifton Strengths). As an added bonus, he is also expert in Interest Based Negotiating, which we’ve implemented in our organization to great effect. I was fortunate to be a part of the NJCAA Excellence initiative led by Scott Geddis and the Inspired Engagement team. Scott and his team’s, knowledge, expertise, vision, guidance and personal touch were outstanding and powerful. In my 20+ years in education, the last 14 in higher education the retreats and strategic planning sessions they facilitated were the best I have ever attended. When our 600+ employee college was struggling with organizational climate issues and low employee engagement, Inspired Engagement was the perfect partner to help us begin to turn things around. We’d worked with Scott for many years on our CliftonStrengths programs. To address our culture challenges, Scott and his team created a one-year executive development program for the President’s cabinet, including highly valued one-on-one coaching opportunities.
