Inspired Engagement is a consulting firm whose purpose is to inspire engagement by facilitating significant, sustainable strengths-based change within individuals and organizations. We discover unique needs and desired outcomes

Using our extensive experience and expertise in Appreciative Inquiry and a variety of other tools, we collect both quantitative and qualitative data for the specific purpose of identifying the strengths, talents, interests and desires of our client necessary to build a unique pathway to success.

We design pathways to engagement

Working collaboratively, using a variety of tools, and hosting difficult discussions we help our clients create specific language of initiatives, goals and detailed actions plans necessary to accomplish the desired outcomes identified in the Discover phase.

We develop sustainable change

We guide the implementation initiatives and goals developed in the Design phase through team and individual, discussions and activities. Development is ongoing over time and it is our intent to create a culture that can be self-sustained by the organization or individual.

Scott is the most effective leadership and development coach I’ve ever worked with (and there have been more than a few).
