Our Extended Consulting Network

Inspired Engagement is intentionally designed to be flexible, responsive, and deeply aligned with client needs. In addition to working directly with Scott Geddis, we collaborate with a trusted network of experienced consultants, facilitators, and executive leaders.

These professionals are independent consultants who partner with Inspired Engagement on select engagements where their expertise, experience, or capacity adds value. This collaborative model allows us to scale thoughtfully while maintaining the quality, trust, and strengths-based approach that define our work.

Founder and President, Inspired Engagement

Scott Geddis is the founder and president of Inspired Engagement, a consulting firm dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations thrive through strengths-based leadership and sustainable change. With more than four decades of experience in higher education, Scott brings deep expertise in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and facilitation.

During his 43 years in the Maricopa Community College system, Scott served in a wide range of faculty and administrative leadership roles. His work has focused on developing leaders and teams through coaching, workshops, and large-scale organizational initiatives grounded in trust, engagement, and shared purpose.

Scott is a certified facilitator in Gallup CliftonStrengths®, Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team, Appreciative Inquiry, Interest-Based Dialogue, and Change Intelligence. His approach blends practical experience with evidence-based frameworks to help leaders turn insight into action.

Retired Provost, Gateway Technical College

Dr. Judy Korb is a senior higher education leader and executive consultant with extensive experience in institutional leadership and organizational change. She most recently served as President of Johnson County Community College and previously as Executive Vice President for Instruction and Operations.

With more than a decade of senior executive leadership experience, Dr. Korb has led complex institutions through strategic planning, accreditation, governance, and large-scale transformation. Her leadership style emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and sustainable results.

In her consulting work, Dr. Korb partners with leaders and boards to strengthen executive effectiveness, navigate change, and address complex organizational challenges with confidence and integrity.

Dr. Ann Krause-Hanson, Ph.D.

Retired Provost and Vice President, Waukesha Technical College

Dr. Ann Krause-Hanson is a seasoned academic leader with extensive experience in instructional leadership, accreditation, and institutional effectiveness. She retired as Provost and Vice President at Waukesha Technical College, where she played a key role in academic quality and continuous improvement.

Throughout her career, Ann led and supported multiple Higher Learning Commission accreditation processes and championed data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes. Her leadership approach balances rigor with collaboration and a deep respect for faculty and staff expertise.

Ann brings a systems-level perspective to her consulting work, helping institutions strengthen alignment, accountability, and learning-centered cultures.

Dr. Margo Keys is the owner of Keys Consulting and a former senior leader in higher education with deep expertise in workforce development, organizational performance, and executive coaching. Her career includes faculty, program leadership, and vice-presidential roles.

Margo holds a doctorate in workforce development and has contributed to national research initiatives focused on education and labor market alignment. Her work integrates evidence-based practices with a highly individualized coaching approach.

As a certified executive coach, Margo supports leaders in navigating complexity, strengthening self-awareness, and driving meaningful change aligned with their values and goals.

Retired Vice President, New Mexico State University

Dr. Bernadette Montoya is an accomplished higher education leader with extensive experience in academic affairs, student success, and institutional leadership. She retired from New Mexico State University as Vice President after a distinguished career spanning institutional, state, and national levels.

A first-generation college graduate, Bernadette brings a deep commitment to access, equity, and leadership development. Her work has focused on strengthening institutions through thoughtful change, courageous leadership, and values-based decision-making.

Bernadette is trained in Change Intelligence (CQ), Dare to Lead™, and Appreciative Inquiry, and continues to contribute her expertise through consulting, board service, and professional engagement.

Dr. John Thibodeau, Ph.D.

Retired Provost, Gateway Technical College

Dr. John Thibodeau is an experienced higher education leader and organizational consultant with more than three decades of service as both a faculty member and senior administrator. His leadership roles included division chair, dean, campus vice president, associate vice president for student learning, assistant provost, and provost at Gateway Technical College.

Throughout his career, John led institution-wide quality improvement initiatives, accreditation reviews, and strategic planning efforts, with a strong emphasis on institutional effectiveness and student success. He was instrumental in embedding CliftonStrengths development for employees and students, helping leaders and teams focus on what works while driving sustainable improvement.

John is a long-time practitioner and facilitator of Appreciative Inquiry and strengths-based leadership. He has presented nationally on accreditation and strengths development and has served as an experienced peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission.
