Gateway Technical College had been working with strengths in pockets and silos for years. Our decision to work with Scott Geddis and Inspired Engagement was the spark we needed to accelerate our journey to become a strengths-based college. Scott has helped us focus our efforts, understand our goals, and develop a plan to achieve them. He developed curriculum to meet our training needs and is an excellent facilitator, trainer, and coach. We are thrilled with the results we’ve achieved with Inspired Engagement.
