Julie Wechsler, M.A., Ed.D

Julie is currently President of Wellbeing Essentials (2014) and Director of Student Success, South Mountain Community College. Julie’s passion is helping people and organizations achieve their goals through an intentional focus on strengths, engagement, and wellbeing. She has the academic background and organizational experience to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives designed to increase engagement and productivity through the use of individual and team strengths.

Julie began her career at IBM and later worked as an organizational development consultant. She has over 20 years of experience with leadership programs and organizational development, and has worked with organizations ranging from a local family business to a global technology corporation. Recently, Julie has supported strengths and wellbeing initiatives at a number of community colleges and is a regular presenter at national education conferences on topics related to leadership development, strengths, and wellbeing.

Julie designs research-based programs and initiatives for both individuals and organizations. She serves as a personal and executive coach, offers keynote sessions and group workshops, and offers consultation to leaders interested in increasing organizational effectiveness through strengths, engagement and wellbeing.
