Debra J. Campbell, Ph.D. has been a full-time faculty member in the Philosophy and Religious Studies Department of Mesa Community College since 1992. Dr. Campbell served as Chair of her department from 2001-2004 and again from 2009-2012. While teaching Philosophy as a tenured professor, Debra has served on numerous committees in the Maricopa Community College District, including serving on the Faculty Executive Council, Faculty Senate, and as Maricopa’s representative to the state-wide Philosophy Articulation Task Force. When the Maricopa Community College District began employing Interest Based Negotiation in 2010, Debra was among the first graduating class of the year-long IBN Facilitator Training offered at the Maricopa Community Colleges. As a strong advocate of mediation and IBN, Debra continues to hone her facilitation skills whenever possible.
