As the Assistant Director of Media Relations during the NJCAA’s strategic planning and organizational redesign initiative, I was able to see first-hand the knowledge, expertise and dedication that Scott Geddis and his entire team bring to the table. They do an excellent job of balancing the unique needs of a specific organization with the evidence-based solutions that can improve communication, culture, capacity for change and operational effectiveness. Now that I’m working in a different field, I wish I could bring Inspired Engagement to my new employer!
